We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and the corresponding provisions of the KVKK.
05Sharing
Your data is protected by our professional duty of confidentiality as attorneys. It is only shared, to the extent necessary, with competent authorities where required by law and with partners providing the website's hosting and technical infrastructure. Your data is never sold or rented for marketing purposes.
06Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and carry out any resulting service, and in any case no longer than 2 years after your request is closed. It is then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer period.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
